Our nation's chemical laws haven't been updated since the 1970s. Only 200 of the 80,000+ chemicals used in household cleaners have been tested for safe use. And this isn't sitting well with our nation's little ones. Users created virtual babies that are crawling to Washington, D.C to demand a new law from congress that regulates hazardous chemicals in household products.
Million Baby Crawl did catch the eyes of Washington. On April 15th, The Safe Chemicals Act of 2010 was introduced to congress by Frank R. Lautenberg (D-NJ).
This project was created for Seventh Generation, makers of naturally safe and effective household products.
